Our first car was the purple car #56 in the picture above. The class was Bombers, and a good finish in the last Limited Stock race of the 1999 season convinced us we needed to move up a class.
Our
First Limited Stock Car after it was removed from the wall during a practice
lap for the first race of the 2001 season. We broke a lug, and it's estimated
the car was doing about 60-65 mph when it hit the wall. This was not a
good thing. Scott wasn't injured, but he was
pretty stiff and sore for the next couple of days.
